ENTRIES*
- Please do not mail your submission
to the P.O Box address. Email us to get the
International address and further details for
submission.
- VHS and DVD are acceptable
for a 'screeners' copy only. If your film is
selected, you will be required to send us the
35mm or DVcam.
ACCEPTABLE FORMATS:
- Films should be in NTSC
format
- 35mm or DVcam &
DVD (professional quality) are HIGHLY PREFERRED.
- Screeners copy can be submitted
in a VHS and DVD format.
- We do not accept Betacam or VCDs.
- All works must be in English OR have
English subtitles.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Submission films must contain some element
of the Muslim world cultures or perspectives.
- We encourage and accept a full range of artistic
diversity in the films from all filmmakers and
producers
- We also accept entries from International
countries that feature English subtitles.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- All submissions must include an Entry
form and a $5.00 entry fee
- All submissions must include a label with
your name, contact information, length of video
and title on the film or video cassette cover.
- Please include a self addressed stamped envelope
if you want your submission returned.
- Please do not send originals (we cannot be
responsible for damage incurred during shipping).
- Maximum number of entries per maker is 3 but
you must fill out a separate entry form for
each submission.
- Film that will not be considered for acceptance
include: Excessive or gratuitous violence, nudity
or profanity.
- We encourage you to include any additional
information (press kit, publicity stills, list
of credits and directors biography with the
film or video).
FINAL SELECTION:
- As with any festival screening process, we
will select the films based on overall content
delivery, style, creativity, technical quality
and message.
- We will contact you via email or phone if
your film is selected for the festival screening.
